Ha Ng Leung-Fong, also credited as Hsia Wu Ling-fung, Hsia Wu Liang-fang and Xia Wu Liangfang, was a film producer active in Taiwan.

He founded the Union Film Company, which produced several films directed by King Hu. Leung-Fong produced *A Touch of Zen* (1970–1971), released in two parts in Taiwan.
