Hannah Louise Shearer (born 25 August 1945) is a television writer and producer from Los Angeles. She began her career as a production assistant on the 1974 series *Sierra* and went on to write and produce episodes of *Emergency!*.

Shearer wrote for *Cagney & Lacey* and served as a producer on the first season of *Knight Rider* in 1982. She contributed several episodes to *Star Trek: The Next Generation* between 1988 and 1989, including work as executive story editor, and provided the story for the *Star Trek: Deep Space Nine* episode "Q-Less" in 1993. Her other credits include *MacGyver*, *Street Hawk* and daytime dramas such as *Days of Our Lives* and *Port Charles*.
