## Biography

Hans Tobeason is an American television screenwriter and executive producer. He graduated from Harvard College in 1981. His first professional television work was on the anthology series *TriBeCa*, for which he shared a Writers Guild of America Award nomination for the pilot episode "The Box".

Tobeason created the science fiction series *Freedom* (2000–2001). He served as writer and co-executive producer on *Birds of Prey* (2002–2003) and co-wrote the teleplay for the *Star Trek: Enterprise* episode "Bounty" (2003). Later credits include writing and producing roles on *Saving Grace* (2007–2009), *V* (2009–2011), *Damages* (2012), *Cult* (2013), *Believe* (2014) and *Bloodline* (2015–2017).
