Harold Livingston (1924–2022) was an American screenwriter and novelist. He wrote multiple episodes of the television series *Mission: Impossible* (1966), receiving writer and teleplay credits.

Livingston received sole screenplay credit for *Star Trek: The Motion Picture* (1979). He also contributed stories and teleplays to series including *The Six Million Dollar Man* (1974), *Fantasy Island* (1978) and *Future Cop* (1976). Earlier in his career he published several novels.
