Harry Kleiner (1916–2007) was a Russian-born American screenwriter and producer. Born in Tiflis, Russia (now Tbilisi, Georgia), he was raised in Philadelphia and studied at Temple University and Yale University.

He wrote screenplays for numerous films, including *Fallen Angel* (1945), *The Street with No Name* (1948), *Carmen Jones* (1954), *House of Bamboo* (1955), *Fantastic Voyage* (1966), *Bullitt* (1968), *Le Mans* (1971), *Extreme Prejudice* (1987) and *Red Heat* (1988). He also produced *The Garment Jungle* (1957), *Cry Tough* (1959) and *The Rabbit Trap* (1959). Kleiner worked extensively at 20th Century Fox in the 1950s and later collaborated with director Walter Hill. He received an Edgar Award for *Bullitt*.
