## Biography

Harry Mastrogeorge (1930–2023) was an American television director, actor and acting coach. He directed episodes of series including *The Mary Tyler Moore Show* (1976), *Phyllis* (1977), *The Love Boat* (1981), *Hart to Hart* (1981) and *Scarecrow and Mrs. King* (1987). He directed the *Miami Vice* episode "Buddies" in 1985.

Mastrogeorge studied at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, graduating in 1950. He began teaching acting in 1956 and later directed the feature film *Venus and Mars* (2001). He also appeared as an actor in a small number of productions.
