Harry Winer is an American film and television director, producer and screenwriter. He was born on 4 May 1947 in Detroit, Michigan.

Winer has directed episodes of series including *Party of Five* (1994), *Alias* (2001), *Veronica Mars* (2004) and *Felicity* (1998), as well as the feature film *SpaceCamp* (1986). He has also worked as a producer and writer on several television projects.
