Harvey Miller (born Harvey Skolnik) was an American actor and writer. He appeared in supporting roles in several films, including as the Personnel Director in *Big* (1988), the Hospital Director in *Awakenings* (1990), Mr Rosen in *Frankie and Johnny* (1991) and Dr Johnson in *The Other Sister* (1999).

Miller also worked as a writer and producer on television series such as *The Odd Couple* and contributed to films including *Private Benjamin* (1980). He was credited under variations of his name including Harvey Skolnik and Harvey Skolnick.
