Hashem Gerami is an Iranian cinematographer and actor. He worked in the camera department on the film *Kandahar* (2001).

Gerami has served as director of photography on several films, including *Negin* (2002), *Mardi Dar Sarzamine Royaye Siah* (2015), *Pahlavan Hargez Nemimirad* (2018), *Jahiziyeh Babam* (2019) and the short *Please Close the Door* (2020).
