Hedley Cullen was an Australian actor. Born on 20 July 1915 in Semaphore, Adelaide, South Australia, he began his career as a boy soprano and later worked as a baritone and photographer before moving into stage, television and film roles.

He is best known for portraying the horror host Deadly Earnest on South Australian television in the series *Aweful Movies with Deadly Earnest* from 1967 to 1975. His film credits include the Judge in *The Last Wave* (1977), the Marina Manager in *Storm Boy* (1976) and the Mailman in *Sunday Too Far Away* (1975). He also appeared in television productions such as *A Thousand Skies* (1985) and *The Shiralee* (1987).

Cullen died on 4 November 1994 in Dernancourt, Adelaide.
