Heidi Bivens is a costume designer whose credits include *Inland Empire* (2006), *Spring Breakers* (2013), *Mid90s* (2018), *Euphoria* (2019–2022) and *The Smashing Machine* (2025). She has received Primetime Emmy and Costume Designers Guild Award nominations for her work on *Euphoria*.

Bivens grew up in Annandale, Virginia, and studied film at CUNY Hunter College in New York. She began in fashion, interning at magazines including *W*, *WWD* and *Paper*, before moving into costume work as an assistant on *Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind* (2004). She has also authored the book *Euphoria Fashion*, published by A24 in 2023.
