## Biography

Heidi Scharfe is a film and television editor. Her early credits include assistant editor on the 1989 films *A Nightmare on Elm Street: The Dream Child* and *Speed Zone*. She edited *Red Shoe Diaries* (1992), *Camouflage* (2001) and episodes of the series *Alias* (2005–2006).

Later work includes editing the documentary *Linda Ronstadt: The Sound of My Voice* (2019), the feature *The Black Prince* (2017) and episodes of the series *Underground* (2017) and *The New Edition Story* (2017). She has also edited episodes of *Grey's Anatomy* and numerous other television series and films. She has received three award nominations.
