## Biography

Helen Jenkins is a British screenwriter. She has written episodes of the ITV crime series *Midsomer Murders* (from 2018), *Vera* (2017) and *Lewis* (2013–2015), as well as an episode of the BBC medical drama *Holby City* (2013).

She previously worked in script editing and development, with credits including more than 45 episodes of *EastEnders*, the series *Monroe* and the miniseries *Parade's End*. Jenkins was selected for the BBC Writers’ Room Skylight Scheme in 2012 and has developed original television projects with several UK production companies.
