Helena Anýžová (1936–2015) was a Czech actress and costume designer. She appeared in an uncredited role as the woman in the toilet in Věra Chytilová’s *Daisies* (1966).

As a costume designer, she worked on films including *Kristove roky* (1967), *The Deserter and the Nomads* (1968), *The Joke* (1969) and *Birds, Orphans and Fools* (1969). She also acted in titles such as *Martyrs of Love* (1967), *The Cremator* (1969) and *Valerie and Her Week of Wonders* (1970). Anýžová was born in Plzeň and died in Prague.
