Henri Schmitt was a French production designer and set decorator active in cinema from the mid-1940s to the early 1960s. He is credited as production designer on *Monsieur Hulot's Holiday* (1953) and *Mon Oncle* (1958), both directed by Jacques Tati, as well as *Queen Margot* (1954) and *Fortunat* (1960).

His other credits include set decoration on *The Lovers of Verona* (1949) and art department work on earlier films such as *Adieu... Chérie* (1946).
