Heo Pyoung-kang, also credited as Pyeon-Gang Ho or 許平康, is a South Korean animation director and storyboard artist working in the Japanese anime industry.

She has directed episodes or served as director on series including *Sword Art Online* (2012), *Silver Spoon* (2013), *Ping Pong the Animation* (2014), *Haikyu!!* (2014), *Terror in Resonance* (2014), *School-Live!* (2015) and *Baby Steps* (2014). She was series director on *Japan Sinks: 2020* (2020) and worked as second unit director on *Night Is Short, Walk On Girl* (2017) and *Case Closed: Zero the Enforcer* (2018). She has also contributed storyboards to numerous productions.
