Hikaru Ijūin is a Japanese actor, comedian and radio personality. Born on 7 November 1967 in Nishiogu, Arakawa, Tokyo, he is also credited as Ken Shinooka. He trained as a rakugo performer and is affiliated with Horipro.

He is known for voice work as Minister of the Right Abe in *The Tale of The Princess Kaguya* (2013), and for live-action roles including a policeman in *Gamera 3: Revenge of Iris* (1999) and the store manager in *It Comes* (2018). His wife is former talent Mika Shinooka.
