Hilary Frankland is a British television writer and script editor. She has written episodes of the long-running medical drama *Casualty* (1986) from 2019 onwards, as well as for *Doctors* (2013–2016), *Hollyoaks* (2016–2017), *Suspects* (2014–2016) and *Hetty Feather* (2018–2019). She previously worked as a script editor on series including *The Bill* (2005–2006), *Mutual Friends* (2008) and *Missing* (2010).
