Hiroshi Mikami is a Japanese actor born on 23 July 1962 in Tokyo. He began acting in the late 1970s and made his screen debut in *Grass Labyrinth* (1979), directed by Shūji Terayama.

Mikami appeared as a Japanese soldier in *Merry Christmas, Mr. Lawrence* (1983) and as Cadet #1 in *Mishima: A Life in Four Chapters* (1985). He is also known for roles in *Tokyo Decadence* (1992), *Swallowtail Butterfly* (1996), *Parasite Eve* (1997) and *Premonition* (2004).
