Hiroshi Segawa is a Japanese cinematographer, also credited as 瀬川浩. He served as director of photography on *Woman in the Dunes* (1964), *The Face of Another* (1966) and *Pitfall* (1962).

Segawa contributed additional photography to *Tokyo Olympiad* (1965) and worked as cinematographer on *Under the Flag of the Rising Sun* (1972) and other films including *Gekieiga Okinawa* (1970).
