Hisakazu Tsuji (also credited as Kyûchi Tsuji or 辻久一) was a Japanese film producer, production designer and writer. Born on 18 March 1914 in Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture, he died on 3 January 1981.

He worked extensively with director Kenji Mizoguchi in the early 1950s, serving as production designer on *Sansho the Bailiff* (1954), producer on *A Geisha* (1953) and contributing the story or idea for *Ugetsu* (1953). Later credits include producer on *Samaritan Zatoichi* (1968).
