Holly Earl (born 31 August 1992) is an English actress. She began her career as a child actor, appearing in the television series *Touching Evil* (1997–1998).

She is known for roles including Poppy Champion in *Skins* (2007), Lily Arwell in the *Doctor Who* Christmas special (2011), Agnes in *Humans* (2015–2018), and La Mousmé in the film *Loving Vincent* (2017). Other credits include *Queen of the Desert* (2015), *Red Dwarf* (as Young Kochanski), and voice work in the video game *Erica* (2019).

Earl is from Ealing, West London, and attended Drayton Manor High School. Her older sister Elizabeth Earl is a former child actress.
