## Biography

Holly Holmberg Brooks is an American television writer and producer, also credited as Holly Beth Holmberg. She contributed stories and scripts to the sitcom *Taxi* between 1981 and 1983.

Her writing on *Taxi* earned a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Writing in a Comedy Series in 1982. She later wrote for *The Tracey Ullman Show* and served as associate producer on the animated series *Liberty's Kids* (2002).

Brooks was married to writer and producer James L. Brooks from 1978 until their divorce in 1999.
