Horatio Sanz is a Chilean-born American actor and comedian. He was born on 4 June 1969 in Santiago, Chile, and raised in Chicago, where he performed with the Second City comedy troupe and was a founding member of the Upright Citizens Brigade.

Sanz was a cast member on the sketch comedy series *Saturday Night Live* from 1998 to 2006, becoming the show's first Hispanic cast member. He has appeared in numerous films and television series, including as Hector in *Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt* (2015), and provided voice work for *Wreck-It Ralph* (2012) and *Ralph Breaks the Internet* (2018).
