Howard Kunin (1931–2007) was an American film and television editor and occasional producer. He edited thirty episodes of the crime drama series *The Streets of San Francisco* (1972–1977) and one episode of *M*A*S*H* (1983). Other television credits include episodes of *Beauty and the Beast* (1987), *Dynasty* (1981) and *The Love Boat* (1977).

His film work includes editing *Class of 1984* (1982) and serving as supervising editor on *Commando* (1985) and *Fade to Black* (1980). Kunin won two Eddie Awards from the American Cinema Editors for his contributions to *The Streets of San Francisco* and the miniseries *The Deliberate Stranger* (1986). He was born on 15 June 1931 and died on 1 January 2007 in Los Angeles, California.
