Iain Davidson, also credited as Noddy Davidson, is a Scottish television director, producer and writer. He is a director at The Comedy Unit in Glasgow.

Davidson began his career in various roles before entering comedy through sketch writing for *Chewin’ the Fat*. He progressed to script editing, producing and directing at The Comedy Unit. He directed and produced the BBC Scotland sketch series *Burnistoun* (2009–2019), written by and starring Iain Connell and Robert Florence.

His other credits include directing and producing episodes of *Scot Squad* (2014–2023), *The Scotts* (2020–2023) and *Only an Excuse?* (2007–2024), as well as the television film *Scotland in a Day* (2014).
