Ian Puleston-Davies is a Welsh actor. He was born on 6 September 1958 in Flint, Wales, and trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London. He began his career in repertory theatre and stand-up comedy before moving into television and film.

He is best known for playing builder Owen Armstrong in the ITV soap *Coronation Street* (2010–2015). Other television roles include Arthur Pennyworth in *Pennyworth* (2019–2021), Peter Cullen in *Marcella* (2016), and Eric in *The Responder* (2022–2024). He has also appeared in *Midsomer Murders*, *Life on Mars*, *Being Human*, *The Colour of Magic*, *Hustle*, *I'm Alan Partridge* and *Vera*.

Puleston-Davies has worked as a writer and director. He co-wrote the 2004 television drama *Dirty Filthy Love* and made his feature directorial debut with *Bolan's Shoes* (2023).
