## Biography

Ilda Mason is a Panamanian actress, singer and dancer based in New York City. She began her career in theatre in Panama with productions including *Peter Pan*, *A Chorus Line* (as Bebe) and *Hello, Dolly!* (as Minnie). She won Season 2 of Panama’s *Dancing with the Stars* as a professional dancer.

Mason made her feature film debut as Luz in Steven Spielberg’s *West Side Story* (2021). Her stage credits include the Broadway revival of *West Side Story* (as swing), the national tour of *On Your Feet!*, and appearances in *Buena Vista Social Club* on Broadway. She has also appeared in episodes of *Law & Order: Special Victims Unit* (as Terri), *The Equalizer* and the film *Girl Haunts Boy* (2024). She received a Chita Rivera Award for outstanding ensemble in a Broadway show for *Buena Vista Social Club*.
