Irene Burns is an American television producer and production manager. She began her career in post-production, working as post-production supervisor on the HBO series *Oz* in 1997 and on *Homicide: Life on the Street* from 1997 to 1999.

Burns progressed to producing roles, serving as co-producer and associate producer on *Oz* (2002–2003) and as producer on the series *30 Rock* (2006–2012). Her other credits include *Strip Search* (2004), *Gracepoint* (2014), *Berlin Station* (2017) and *City on a Hill* (2019–2022). She has received two Primetime Emmy Award nominations.
