Irma von Cube (also credited as Irmgard von Cube) was a German-American screenwriter. She began her career as an actress and writer in Germany in the 1920s and early 1930s before emigrating and continuing her work in the United States from the late 1930s.

She is best known for her screenplay for *Johnny Belinda* (1948, co-written with Allen Vincent), which received an Academy Award nomination for Best Screenplay. Other credits include *They Shall Have Music* (1939), *Song of Love* (1947) and *The Girl in White* (1952). She also directed one segment of the anthology film *A Tale of Five Cities* (1951).

Von Cube was married to actor Erwin Kalser and was the mother of producer Konstantin Kalser.
