## Biography

Isabelle Grey is a British television screenwriter and novelist. Her screenwriting credits include episodes of *Midsomer Murders* (1997), *The Bill*, *Wycliffe*, *Casualty* and *Rosemary & Thyme*, as well as an episode of *Accused* (2010) co-written with Jimmy McGovern.

She has also written non-fiction under the name Isabelle Anscombe and published novels including psychological thrillers *Out of Sight* and *The Bad Mother*, and the DI Grace Fisher crime series.

Grey grew up in Manchester, was educated at Newnham College, Cambridge, and lives in London.
