## Biography

Isaiah Robinson is an American actor and tenor. Born in Chicago, Illinois, he played the Lost Boy Pockets in Steven Spielberg’s 1991 film *Hook* and performed on its soundtrack. He later appeared as Curtis in the 2005 film *Dead at the Box Office* and featured in several television and radio commercials as a child.

Robinson trained as a vocalist in church and with the Chicago Children’s Choir. He has performed with artists including Aretha Franklin, Chaka Khan, Mavis Staples, Yo-Yo Ma and Chance the Rapper, and was the featured vocalist at the 2011 inauguration of Chicago mayor Rahm Emanuel. He works as a teaching artist with organisations in Chicago and serves as musician and choirmaster at a local church.
