Issa Perica is a French actor. He made his screen debut as Issa in the 2019 film *Les Misérables*, directed by Ladj Ly.

Perica subsequently appeared as Marcus in *Both Sides of the Blade* (2022) and as Isma Casseus in *Bis Repetita* (2024). He received a nomination for the Lumières Award for Most Promising Actor for his performance in *Les Misérables*.
