## Biography

Ivan Strasburg is a South African-born cinematographer. He served as director of photography on the television series *Cracker* (1993–1994), winning a British Academy Television Craft Award for his work.

Strasburg has received a further BAFTA Television Craft Award for *Bloody Sunday* (2002) and two Primetime Emmy Award nominations, for *Live from Baghdad* (2003) and an episode of *Generation Kill* (2008). His other credits include second-unit work on *The Killing Fields* (1984), episodes of *Agatha Christie's Poirot* (1989), *Temple Grandin* (2010), *13 Reasons Why* (2017–2018) and *The Tale* (2018). He is a member of the British Society of Cinematographers.
