Izzy Meikle-Small, also credited as Isobel Meikle-Small, is a British actress. She was born on 22 March 1996 in Hove, East Sussex, England.

She began her career as a child actress, playing Young Kathy in the 2010 film *Never Let Me Go*. Other early roles include Young Ravenna in *Snow White and the Huntsman* (2012), Young Molly in *Private Peaceful* (2012) and Young Estella in the 2011 television miniseries *Great Expectations*. She later appeared in *The 7.39* (2014), *Ripper Street* (2016) and *Another Mother's Son* (2017). Since 2023 she has played Rachel Hunter in the series *Outlander*.

Meikle-Small attended Brighton College and graduated with a BA in English Literature from King's College London in 2018. She has also worked as a producer on several short films.
