He is best known for playing Skinhead, a member of Biff Tannen's gang, in *Back to the Future* (1985) and *Back to the Future Part II* (1989), and a member of Needles' gang in *Back to the Future Part III* (1990).

Cohen's other film roles include appearances in *Secret Admirer* (1985), *The Principal* (1987) as White Zac, *976-EVIL* (1988) and *Almost Famous* (2000) as Roadie Scully. His television credits include episodes of *V* (1984), *Amazing Stories* (1985), *3rd Rock from the Sun* (1996) and *Baywatch* (1994). He tested for the role of Biff Tannen in the first *Back to the Future* film but was cast in a supporting part instead.
