J. Terry Williams (25 August 1930 – 22 March 2015) was an American film editor, also credited as Terry Williams. He worked as an editor on approximately thirty feature films and television movies between 1962 and 1991, and served as assistant editor (uncredited) on *To Kill a Mockingbird* (1962).

Williams edited episodes of *Columbo* (1971) and other television series including *McMillan & Wife*. His feature credits include *Send Me No Flowers* (1964), *The Russians Are Coming, the Russians Are Coming* (1966), *Eye of the Cat* (1969), *Family Plot* (1976), *Airport 1975* (1974), *Airport '77* (1977) and *Raise the Titanic* (1980). He received an Academy Award nomination for Best Film Editing, shared with Hal Ashby, for *The Russians Are Coming, the Russians Are Coming*.
