## Biography

Jacey Heldrich is a television writer. She graduated from Colgate University in 2008 with a degree in English. She began working in television as an assistant on series including *Person of Interest* (2013–2016) and *Westworld* (2016–2018).

Heldrich wrote the episode "Synecdoche" for *Person of Interest* in 2016. She joined the writers' room for *The Handmaid's Tale* as a writers' assistant in 2018 and progressed to story editor and executive story editor, writing multiple episodes from season three onwards. She has also written episodes for *The Walking Dead: Dead City*. In 2022 she shared a Writers Guild of America nomination for her work on season five of *The Handmaid's Tale*.
