Jack Deerson is a cinematographer. He received a credit as director of photography on the film *Two-Lane Blacktop* (1971). He is also credited as cinematographer on *The Dark Side of Tomorrow* (1970), *When the Line Goes Through* (1972), *Virgin Cowboy* (1975), *Sweet Savage* (1979) and *Willie Nelson's 4th of July Celebration* (1979).

On *The Dark Side of Tomorrow* he is additionally credited as director and co-writer of the screenplay. Contemporary accounts of the production of *Two-Lane Blacktop* note that Gregory Sandor carried out the principal photography but could not receive a union credit; Deerson was credited in his place.
