Jack McEvoy is an Irish actor. He is known for his recurring role as Helgi the Lean in the television series *Vikings* (2013–), his appearance as Charlie Tanner in *Ripper Street* (2012), and his performance as Conor in the film *The Rhythm Section* (2020). He has also appeared in *End of Sentence* (2019) and *Rose Plays Julie* (2021).

McEvoy, who was born in Dublin and grew up in Wexford, trained at an Irish acting school. After graduating he secured an agent and soon auditioned for *Vikings*. He is also the frontman of the Irish rock band 5 Dollar Shakes.
