Jackey Neyman Jones is an American actress, artist and author. Born on 2 July 1959 in Tarrant County, Texas, she played the role of Debbie, credited as Jackey Neyman, in the 1966 film *Manos: The Hands of Fate* at the age of six. Her father, Tom Neyman, appeared as The Master, and other family members contributed to the production.

Jones later worked as a professional artist and designer. She reprised the role of Debbie in the 2018 sequel *Manos Returns*, on which she also served as art director and in other production roles. She has appeared in additional independent films and is the author of the memoir *Growing Up With Manos: The Hands of Fate*.
