Jacque Elaine Toberen is a film and television editor who has also directed. She worked in the editorial department on feature films including *Popeye* (1980) and *Rambo III* (1988) before moving into editing television series.

Toberen edited 105 episodes of *ER* (1995–2009) and directed two episodes of the series (1997–1998). Her other editing credits include *The Good Wife* (2009–2010), *Grimm* (2011–2012), *Bosch* (2016–2021) and *Witches of East End* (2013). She received a Primetime Emmy nomination for her work.
