## Biography

James Aaron Finch is a production designer and artist at Walt Disney Animation Studios. He served as production designer on the feature films *The Princess and the Frog* (2009) and *Brother Bear 2* (2006).

Finch has contributed to the art and animation departments on numerous Disney productions. His credits include visual development on *Big Hero 6* (2014), *Baymax!* (2022) and *Olaf Presents* (2021), as well as layout work on earlier films such as *Treasure Planet* (2002) and *Atlantis: The Lost Empire* (2001). He is also credited as James Finch on some projects.

Raised in Florida, Finch drew on that background when designing the bayou settings for *The Princess and the Frog*.
