James Alan Hensz, also credited as Jim Hensz or James Hensz, is a television director and former assistant director. He began his career in the 1990s with second assistant director work on *Fargo* (1996) and first assistant director credits on films including *Dogma* (1999), *21 Grams* (2003), *Bad Santa* (2003) and *Black Snake Moan* (2006).
