## Biography

James Clarke is a British cinematographer. He has worked extensively with director Michael Winterbottom, serving as camera operator on the first series of *The Trip* (2010) and as director of photography on *The Trip to Italy* (2014), *The Trip to Spain* (2017) and *The Trip to Greece* (2020).

Clarke has been director of photography on more than 200 episodes of *The Apprentice UK* since 2005. His other credits include *This England* (2022), *Everyday* (2012), *Greed* (2019) and *Isolation* (2021). He has received three BAFTA nominations.
