James Crocker is a television writer and producer. He wrote episodes of *The Rockford Files* in 1977 and 1978.

Crocker contributed scripts to *Simon & Simon* (1981–1984), *The Twilight Zone* (1985–1986 and 2002–2003), *Beauty and the Beast* (1987), *Max Headroom* (1987), *Star Trek: Deep Space Nine* (1993–1994), *The Outer Limits* (1995–2002), *Stargate SG-1* (1997–2005) and *Seven Days* (1998).
