James Francis Kelly III is an American actor born on 1 August 1989 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He began acting at a young age and trained at the Lee Strasberg Institute.

His feature film debut was as Steps in *Rocky Balboa* (2006). He later appeared as the Lab Van Driver in *The Next Three Days* (2010) and as Officer Bryce in *Circle* (2010). Television credits include roles in *7th Heaven* and *Profiler*.
