## Biography

Jami O'Brien is an American television writer and producer. She holds an MFA in playwriting from the Yale School of Drama.

Her early writing credits include episodes of *Close to Home* (2007), *Lie to Me* (2009), *The Deep End* (2010) and *Big Love* (2011). She worked on all five seasons of *Hell on Wheels* (2011–2016), beginning as executive story editor and writer before rising to producer roles.

O'Brien created and showran the AMC series *NOS4A2* (2019–2020). She has also written and produced for *Da Vinci's Demons* (2013–2014), *Flesh and Bone* (2015) and *Fear the Walking Dead* (2017), and later held producing roles on *Industry* (2020).
