Jan Chappell, also credited as Janet Chappell, is an English actress. She was born on 7 June 1945 in Brixton, London, and trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art.

She is known for playing Cally in the first three series of the science-fiction series *Blake's 7* (1978–1981). Her other television credits include *The Naked Civil Servant* (1975), *Spooks* (2002) and *Casualty* (1986). Film appearances include *Basic Instinct 2* (2006), in which she played a solicitor, and *Greenfingers* (2001).

Chappell has also worked extensively in theatre, including three seasons with the Royal Shakespeare Company.
