Jan Fedder (14 January 1955 – 30 December 2019) was a German actor born in Hamburg. He is known for his role as Petty Officer Pilgrim in Wolfgang Petersen’s film *Das Boot* (1981) and for playing police officer Dirk Matthies in the long-running television series *Großstadtrevier* (1992–2020).

Fedder began acting in his youth, appearing on stage from the age of 13 and in early television work. He also provided voice performances in the *Werner* animated films and appeared in feature films including *Soul Kitchen* (2009). He was married to Marion Fedder.
